Upper Canyon Update

June 18, 2010 By frenchy

Things dropped off considerably since mid week in the upper canyon.

Big South – 4inches showing on gauge rock. Lapping just above the top line. Nice manageable high level if they would just open the stinking gate.

Joe Wright – low to too low for me. Fan rock boof in Carnito was not in with water only barely flowing over the right edge. Definite boat abuse at best.

Spencer Heights – still at a nice level. Pretty perfect medium flow for multiple laps (what we did this evening). My guess was around 3.2 on the “old” Sportsmans gauge with no Tunnel input.

Also – Whiteline has DEFINITELY changed! I think we lost our choicest boof on the Front Range. It’s a sad day in the Fort today but who knows, maybe it will be sweet… hard to tell.
