Pine View 5.3 at 0800

June 30, 2011 By frenchy

Tough call today with a bouncy line. But after watching a while, the average is right around 5.3. While analyzing the Rock for an accurate reading I observed a LOT of debris coming down the Riv, including one log at least 14′ long. Be cautious of logs and strainers in new places, this is a good flush level.

Currently 61.9F, partly cloudy and calm with a warm upslope breeze. Poudre Park Wx: Today: A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 13 mph increasing to between 20 and 23 mph. Winds could gust as high as 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Tonight: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 58. Breezy, with a west wind 19 to 22 mph decreasing to between 11 and 14 mph. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph.
