EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
ALREADY MOIST TO SATURATED SOILS WILL INHIBIT RAIN FROM SOAKING IN
AND INCREASE THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING. ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN
THE FOOTHILLS MAY BECOME AN ISSUE AS WELL AS THE GROUND SATURATES.
