Best guess… pretty bouncy. Range is 4.9-5.1 this morn!

Hewlett Gulch Bridge: 5.98 Feet; Flow: 2740 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: 6.44 ft 3380 cfs
N. Fork below Seaman: 5.39 ft 478 cfs
N. Fork at Livermore: 9.80 ft 487 cfs
In Fort Collins: 6.89 ft 2660 cfs
Air Temp: 50˚F
Water Temp: 48˚F
SNOTEL Joe Wright: SWE: 3.5″; Snow Depth: 9″

Today’s expected Wx: Sunny, with a high near 77. West southwest wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 51. West wind 5 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Poudre Park Strainer Alert

If you are familiar with the Bridge to Nowhere (immediately above Columbine Lodge) there is a huge strainer river center to river left just above that bridge. Thank you Krista for the alert!

Pine View 5.3 at 0700

Looks like the cloud cover we had yesterday held the runoff. Currently 58˚F, cloudy and calm. While the Riv is holding steady, it is noteworthy that it did peak this morning at 0247 at 3577.8 cfs!

Hewlett Gulch Bridge: 6.34 Feet; Flow: 3100 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: 6.69 ft 3720 cfs
N. Fork below Seaman: 5.32 ft 447 cfs
N. Fork at Livermore: 9.64 ft 437 cfs
In Fort Collins: 7.34 ft 3100 cfs
Air Temp at 0800: 58.1˚F
Water Temp at 0800: 48˚F
SNOTEL Joe Wright: SWE: 4.2″; Snow Depth: 12″

Today’s expected Wx:Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly between 3pm and 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 72. Breezy, with a light and variable wind becoming southeast 10 to 15 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Tonight: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 50. Calm wind becoming west around 6 mph after midnight.

Pine View CORRECTION- 5.35, NOT 4.3!

Correction… sorry, hadn’t had my morning coffee yet. Thank you Schyler for coming up and correcting me, lol.

Today is 5.35 on the Pine View Rock. The rest of the report is accurate, but here it is again:

Hewlett Bridge Gulch: 6.355 Feet; Flow: 3111.1 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: 6.67 ft 3690 cfs
N. Fork below Seaman: 5.31 ft 442 cfs
N. Fork at Livermore: 9.70 ft 455 cfs
In Fort Collins: 7.42 ft 3190 cfs
Air Temp at 0930: 61˚F
Water Temp at 0930: 48˚F
SNOTEL JoeWright: SWE: 5.1″; Snow Depth: 14″; Accumulation: 34.5″

Today’s expected Wx: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. Light and variable wind becoming southeast 5 to 8 mph.

Tonight: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight, then a slight chance of showers after 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Pretty bouncy at the rock, could be a 4.3 or a 4.4. Currently 60˚F, slightly overcast and calm.
