So, update on the Hewlett Gulch Bridge Gauge- at lower levels the riverbed is split. So the values at these lower levels aren’t quite accurate. The city is working on calibrating this disparity. I will let you know when it is done, not likely any time soon, though. I will continue to report them, but understand the cfs values are not very accurate.

Hewlett Gulch Bridge: 3.63 Feet; Flow: 800 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: 3.64 ft 343 cfs

Current Air Temp: 67˚F
Last Water Temp: 60˚F

Today’s expected Wx: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 86. West northwest wind 5 to 8 mph becoming north northeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Tonight: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 56. East northeast wind 5 to 8 mph becoming west southwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
