Currently 61˚F, sunny and with a slight breeze. This may be the last week for the Rock Report. I have heard rumors the Water people may start to release more water, but that is just rumors. If you want to rattle some cages- ask yourself- why has the main stem of the Poudre been so low all summer long, with all of the ditches so high- even when farmers aren’t asking or needing water?
