Poudre River Whitewater Park Closed Due to Unsafe Conditions
Due to swift river flows, unseen obstructions, hazards, and dangerous conditions, the Poudre River Whitewater Park is currently closed.
Please do not float the river through town as conditions near the railroad trestle on College Avenue are obstructed and unpassable. Poudre Fire Authority has made several kayak rescues recently, with the risk of becoming trapped or pulled under remaining high at this time.
