Pine View 4.2 this morning

June 1, 2018 By Camp Falbo

Please note, I had a moment of dyslexia this morning. The earlier report of 2.4 has been edited, but wanted to post fresh once more so all see the accurate number in their inbox. All of the rest of the report is accurate.

Thanks T.West for the catch!

I’m going to call this a High 4.0 or a Low 4.1 (it’s a little bouncy this morning). Down to single digit Snow Water Equivalent at Joe Wright, and expected sunny days with relatively high temps in the high country… we might be facing Peak early this year (if we haven’t already seen it). Happy Boating.

Poudre at Rustic: Stage: 3.09 Feet; Flow: 1041.8 Cubic Feet per Second
Hewlett Gulch Bridge: Stage: 5.04 Feet; Flow: 1741.5 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: Stage: 5.11 Feet; Flow: 1740 Cubic Feet per Second
N. Fork in Livermore: Stage: N/A Feet; Flow: 163 Cubic Feet per Second

Air Temp in Poudre Park: 48˚F
Water Temp Poudre Park: 48˚F
Water Speed Poudre Park: N/A

Today’s expected Wx: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon.
