The unresolved issue from Friday had come to a conclusion at 1230 yesterday afternoon. River Conditions and access have been returned to normal status. In Fact, the Issue had come to a conclusion a mere hour and a half after the water commissioners slowed the flow out of our upper reservoirs. Therefore the interruption in flow was minimal.
