Pine View 4.8 at 0615

Again, a little bouncy. Could be a low 4.9, but I’m calling it a high 4.8. Was 52˚F, sunny and calm as well.

Hewlett Gulch Bridge: 5.57 Feet; Flow: 2340 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth of the Canyon: 6.17 ft 3030 cfs
N. Fork below Seaman: 5.49 ft 526 cfs
N. Fork at Livermore: 9.86 ft 506 cfs
In Fort Collins: 6.67 ft 2460 cfs
Air Temp at 0615: 52˚F
Water Temp last reading: 52˚F (Riv swallowed my $8 thermometer… time for another one)

Today’s expected Wx: Isolated showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. West northwest wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight: Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 10pm. Mostly clear, with a low around 58. West wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 10%.

Last Water Temp: 52˚F

Today’s expected Wx: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 80. West wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Tonight: Scattered showers and thunderstorms before 10pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 55. West northwest wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Upper Canyon Status Report

This just in from Mad Dog Madddox:
Tony. Hope all is well.
Upper Poudre. Spencer heights is cleared of wood
Below tunnel to the fire station there are 2 strainers
I call the 3 Rapids below tunnel independent republican and democrat
Independent is a center run. Big strainer in center channe
Republican is a right run. Big strainer against river right
Democrat is left run and is presently clean

Pine View up to 4.6 this morning. At 0600 it was 46˚F, sunny and calm.

N. Fork below Seaman: 5.52 ft 540 cfs
N. Fork at Livermore: 9.89 ft 516 cfs
In Fort Collins: 6.36 ft 2200 cfs
Air Temp at 0600: 46˚F
Last Water Temp: 52˚F

Today’s expected Wx: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 77. East northeast wind 5 to 8 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Tonight: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 9pm. Mostly cloudy
