Today’s expected Wx: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 4pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Northeast wind 5 to 11 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph.

Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 7pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds. Partly cloudy, with a low around 56. South southeast wind 6 to 11 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph.

Today’s expected Wx: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 87. West wind 5 to 8 mph becoming south in the afternoon.

Tonight: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. West wind 6 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.

THE NOON HOUR AND THEN SLOWLY SPREAD OVER THE NEARBY PLAINS DURING
THE AFTERNOON HOURS. EXPECT HEAVY RAIN…SMALL HAIL..AND GUSTY
WINDS TO 45 MPH WITH THE STORMS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
GRADUALLY SPREAD OVER THE NORTHEAST PLAINS THIS EVENING BEFORE
DIMINISHING AFTER MIDNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH DAY
THROUGH THE PERIOD WITH THE MAIN THREATS BEING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL…LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE
