Tonight: A chance of rain and snow showers before 3am, then a slight chance of rain showers between 3am and 5am, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers after 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. Windy, with a west wind 23 to 28 mph decreasing to 16 to 21 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 41 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Midwinter Report: The snow keeps falling in the Canyon and in our River Basin. Throughout the state all but two River Basins are at or above average, with ours hanging at 113%! Keep doing the powder dance!!

I keep using the “ish” clause. I think the 1 line is gone entirely. Will have to be repainted. I am of the opinion it is the acidity, and general turbidity of the water post Cameron Peak Fire, that has wiped the rock, but who knows. Anyway… Happy LaSunberday! And the Riv has cleared up quite a bit this morning.
