Posting because this is an expensive item. Found phone at BTO on Sunday. It is a lime green Android of some brand. It has an otter box case. It appeared to have been run over by a vehicle and the screen is shattered, however it was still making noises for a couple hours. When in range, it even rang a couple of times.
