Emergency Response resources are aware of the car in the river just west of mm 115 (this would be between BTO and the low head dam, the Monroe Tunnel). So please do not call 911. Emergency resources hope to remove the vehicle next week or when conditions are appropriate.

Thank you and Boat Safe!

Happy 4th Weekend All! Another beautiful day in the Canyon- 55˚F, partly cloudy and calm. Looks like our Diurnal Flows might be done for the season, as our flow rate has pretty much flat-lined the last couple days (and it’s been plenty hot in the high country). So we are now at the mercy of rain and the farmers. The good news is- there’s plenty of H2O in storage!

Hewlett: Stage: 4.32 Feet; Flow: 1257.5 Cubic Feet per Second
Mouth: Stage: 4.74 Feet; Flow: 1320.3 Cubic Feet per Second

Today’s expected Wx: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Calm wind becoming east southeast 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tonight: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 8pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 58. Southeast wind 6 to 9 mph becoming west after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Currently 67˚F, sunny and calm.

The City of FoCo’s Flow Gauge site is not available this morning. So I have no intel for Hewlett and Mouth. The N. Fork below Seaman is negligible.

Today’s expected Wx: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 84. North northeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming east in the afternoon.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 59. East wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable.
