I would call it 1.5+ (top of the line just showing). Still fun to be had.

Currently 63˚F, overcast and delightfully damp. NOAA expects A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. North wind 9 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Tonight A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. North northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable. Winds could gust as high as 16 mph.

Just a heads up, releases will be coming down this weekend. We can expect 200CFS in the river Fri-Sun. No word yet on when the release will come back up.
