Currently 42˚F, blue skies and calm. Not to be a Negative Nancy, but we have a bleak water outlook this season. Our basin is at 74%. Laramie and North Platte are winning at 80%, with the rest of the watersheds way behind. The southern half of the State is in rough shape. Get out while you can.
